Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order if it has not been delivered to the recipient and receive a refund within 5 business days.

• You can cancel your order on weekdays from 9:00 to 17:00 and no later than the day before.
• Large orders (such as weddings) and orders placed on Valentine’s Day, March 8th, and Mother’s Day can be canceled 5 days in advance.
• You CANNOT cancel your order if you have ordered a personalized order that is not available in our online store.
• If the order does not reach the recipient due to incorrect information provided by the sender, the sender is responsible.
• If the recipient does not want to accept the order, the sender pays the full amount of the order.
