The owner and operator of camelliaflowers.ee (further in document is defined as webshop) is CAMELLIA FLOWERS ESTONIA OÜ (Reg.Nr: 16182842), address: Pae tn 68 Tallinn Harjumaa 13620, Estonia.

Validity of the sales contract, product and price information.

  1. The conditions of sale are valid for purchases in the online store.
  2. The prices of the goods sold are located directly next to the product image.
  3. The cost of the selected delivery method is added to the cost of the goods.
  4. The shipping cost depends on the chosen shipping method. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
  5. Product information is provided inseparably from the product image.
  6. Prices include VAT valid in the Republic of Estonia at 20%.

 

Checkout

  1. To make a purchase, you must place the products in the desired quantity in the basket. Then on the shopping cart page, click “Checkout”
  2. To place an order, you must fill in all the required lines and select a delivery method. Next, the screen will display information about the amount of the order, the method of delivery and payment options will be offered.
  3. The agreement becomes valid from the moment the money is credited to the account of the online store.
  4. If the goods cannot be delivered on time due to the lack of goods in stock or for another reason, the online store will contact the customer as soon as possible, but no later than within 2 business days.
  5. Depending on the payment method, it may take up to 7 calendar days for funds to be credited.

 

Delivery

  1. Delivery is carried out to the following countries: Estonia
  2. Shipping costs are covered by the buyer, the amount is displayed at the checkout stage.
  3. A buyer is responsible for choosing the right delivery method and zone according to delivery address.
  4. Webshop reserves right to cancel any order where delivery method and/or delivery time was chosen incorrectly.
  5. Orders within Tallinn are ready for delivery within 2 hours if the order was placed before 17:00 of the current day, in other cases – within the next day.
  6. On major holidays (February 14, Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, September 1), urgent delivery does not occur, orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. The best option these days would be pre-order.

Cancellation of the contract

  1. After receiving the goods, the buyer has the opportunity to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. (This right applies to drinks, sweets and other sweets).
  2. If the subject of return is flowers, there is no possibility of return.
  3. The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to a legal entity.
  4. To qualify for the 14-day return policy, the product must not be used or altered in any way other than what is permitted when viewing the product in a physical store.
  5. If the condition of the returned goods has deteriorated or lost its presentation, the seller reserves the right to reduce the amount returned in proportion to the lost value of the goods.
  6. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract no later than one day before the scheduled delivery time of the goods.
  7. For large orders for major holidays (February 14, Mother’s Day, March 8), the possibility of a return is available if canceled no later than 5 days before the scheduled delivery.
  8. The online store reserves the right to return the money and demand back the product, which, as a result of an error, was sold to the buyer at a significantly lower market price.
  9. There is no right of withdrawal if the product was made to order and is not available in our online store.

Right to Claim

  1. The Internet Store is responsible for all inconsistencies and shortcomings of the goods that appear upon receipt of the goods by the client.
  2. If the product has defects, the online store undertakes to replace the product with the same one, similar in value, and if it is impossible to replace the product, return the money to the customer and cover all related costs.

Dispute resolution

  2. If the buyer and the online store cannot reach a solution to the problem, the buyer has the opportunity to contact the relevant consumer protection authorities.
